I am a seasoned management consultant with over 25 years of international experience leading business change and transformation initiatives. I began my career lecturing Economics at the University of Pretoria and then joined Accenture in South Africa and later UK, working across Africa, Europe and North America at senior executive level.
As the founder of my own consulting practice, I partnered with large organizations across Africa, Middle East and North America to design and deliver complex change and transformation programmes. My expertise spans strategic change, operational effectiveness, cost optimization and turnarounds, digital transformation, capability development and organizational restructuring/mergers.
